Terms of Use

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Zufaa Inc (“we”, “us”). They cover the website at zufaa.com and our apps, Zufaa Go and Zufaa Store. We call all of it “the service”.

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

3. Your account

Zufaa Go does not need an account. Zufaa Store does.

  • Give us correct information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and your time clock PIN to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at support@zufaa.com if you think someone else has got in.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

  • Break the law, or use the service to help someone else break it.
  • Try to get into parts of the service, or other people's accounts, that are not yours.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
  • Copy, resell or rent the service without our written permission.
  • Upload anything harmful, such as a virus, or anything that is not yours to upload.
  • Use the service to harass anyone or to send unwanted bulk email.

5. Your data

The information you put into the service stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you. We do not sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

If you run a business using Zufaa Store, you are responsible for the employee information you enter, and for following the employment and record-keeping laws that apply to you.

6. Transit information in Zufaa Go

Arrival times, service notices and weather come from outside sources, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and public weather services. We pass that information on as we receive it.

This information can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, especially when there is disruption. Please do not rely on it alone for anything that matters, such as a medical appointment, a flight or a job interview. Always check the official MTA signs, announcements and website. We are not responsible for a trip you miss.

We are not connected to, endorsed by, or acting for the MTA or any transit agency.

7. The service is provided as it is

We work hard to keep the service running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never go down, never lose data, or never contain a mistake. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Please keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Zufaa Store lets you export your reports.

8. Limit on what we owe you

To the extent the law allows, Zufaa Inc is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Where we are liable, the most we will owe you in total is the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some places do not allow these limits. If that is your situation, this section applies to you only as far as the law allows.

9. Money

Parts of the service may be free and parts may be paid. If you buy a paid plan, we will tell you the price, what it covers and how often you are billed before you pay. If we change a price, we will tell you before the change applies to you.

10. Stopping

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account. The steps are on our Support page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

11. Our name and our work

The Zufaa Inc name, our logo, our apps and the design of this website belong to us. These terms do not give you the right to use them, except to use the service in the normal way.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change matters to you, we will give reasonable notice on this website and, where we can, by email. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and we both agree to those courts. This does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.

14. The rest

  • If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not act on something straight away, we have not given up the right to act on it later.
  • These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
  • You may not transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them if our business is sold or reorganised.
